7:00 a.m. Saturday | One person was arrested Saturday morning for suspicion of driving under the influence after being involved in a wreck with a semi-truck on N. State Line at Lakeridge Drive.
The car was T-boned by the semi truck traveling south on N. State Line.
After a standard field sobriety test the driver of the car was taken into custody by Texarkana, Texas Police. Numerous alcoholic beverage containers were also removed from the vehicle by police.
The driver of the car suffered only minor cuts and scrapes he was transported to the bi-state justice center.
