Jonathan Juruso Lee, 32, was sentenced September 24 to 46 months in federal prison with 3 years supervised release for Possession with Intent to Distribute Cocaine.According to a factual resume filed with the court as part of the plea bargain Lee admitted he was driving through Texarkana in May of 2011 when he was stopped by a TTPD officer for a traffic violation. During the course of the traffic stop officers located 474 grams (1 pound) of cocaine, a CMMG AR-15 rifle, and a Taurus PT140 .40 handgun.
