A Cass County man is in custody after allegedly stabbing his father in the face Tuesday evening in an RV park just south of the Bowie County line on Highway 59.
According to radio traffic, a man stabbed his father in the face with a butter knife during a domestic dispute. Deputies on scene said that the injuries were non life-threatening.
Bowie County Deputies responded to assist Cass County Sheriff’s Deputies. A Cass County Constable was also on scene.
According to deputies the suspect went back into his RV trailer after stabbing his father. A Bowie County deputy knocked on the door and the man came out with his hands up and was taken into custody without incident.
The suspect was transported to Cass County Jail by Cass County Deputies. The father was transported by LifeNet.
