Mill and overlay work begins Wednesday on South State Line Avenue

TEXARKANA, Texas — Mill and overlay work begins Wednesday on the Texas side of South State Line Avenue, the city of Texarkana, Texas announced.

The work will cover the stretch between the Texas Viaduct and Boyce Lane, starting Oct. 14. The project is expected to wrap up Thursday, Oct. 22.

Drivers are advised to proceed with caution through the work zone. The city said traffic control will be in place to keep traffic moving.
