Missouri escapees’ stolen car found in Bowie County

UPDATE – According to police radio traffic both escapees have been captured.

Two inmates who are considered ‘dangerous’ escaped from a Missouri jail Sunday night and authorities believe they are currently in Bowie County, according to police radio traffic.

The escapees have been identified as Matthew Miller, 22, of Eagle Rock, Missouri and Keith Davis, 24, of Anderson, Missouri.

According to news releases, a red, white and black 2005 Honda CR-85 and a red, white and black 2006 Honda CRF-100 were both taken from a dealership in Springdale.

Bowie County Sheriff deputies have found one of the stolen vehicles on TexAmerica’s property, according to police radio traffic.

Authorities are currently searching the area.

Authorities tell us both Miller and Davis have extensive criminal histories. If you see these men, do not approach them, call 911.

Both inmates are considered dangerous.
