Multiple Car Wrecks Close I-30 East for Hour

6:30 Saturday | Hooks Fire, EMS, & police responded to two accidents about a mile apart around the 210 & 211 mile markers I-30 eastbound.

The first accident was a Jeep Cherokee who rear ended and went under the trailer of an eighteen wheeler. This then resulted in another less server rear end accident between two cars around the 210 mile marker.

According to radio traffic multiple people from both wrecks were taken to an area hospital with non life threatening injuries.
