According to Officer Michael Sutton, public information officer for Nash, Texas Police Department, Texas DPS & Nash Police arrested Kenneth Latham around 10 P.M. this evening.
Latham was wanted for simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms, possession of a controlled substance and parole violation. He was listed on the Texas Top 10 Wanted Fugitive List.
