Texarkana, Texas City Council will meet tonight at 6 p.m. at Texarkana, Texas city hall.
On the agenda for tonight is the second briefing on the city buying a new public safety radio system for a price not to exceed nine million dollars. Voting for this topic will be December 8.
The city is also working on picking a design for the new water tower logo on Interstate 30.
