TEXARKANA, Texas–Texarkana, Texas Police on June 25th 2014, responded to a business in the 2400 block of Texas Boulevard in reference to a theft of an outside air conditioner unit.
Officers discovered video surveillance of the suspect and his vehicle from a business next door. Officer Bo Carter located the truck and arrested the driver, Robert Singleton, 45 years old of Texarkana Texas, for unrelated warrants. Through a detailed investigation, Detectives were able to determine that Singleton was the suspect taking the outside air conditioner unit. On June 30th 2014, Singleton was arrested for Theft of Material (Copper) and booked into the jail.
