One Injured In Fall From Balcony

Monday around noon police responded to the Windsor Apartments on Robinson across from Texarkana College after receiving a call that someone had been shot. Police quickly arrived on scene and determined that there was no shooting. The male victim had been thrown or pushed off a second story balcony. Reportedly there were numerous other people around filming the incident on their cell phones.

Texarkana College Updated their Facebook page with the following while all this was going on.

PRECAUTIONARY NOTICE: An incident has taken place in an apartment complex across the street from our campus. Police officials are searching for the suspect now. He has been identified as an African-American male wearing red high-top tennis shoes and red shorts. If you see a suspicious person who meets this description, please call 911 or the TC emergency contact number, 903-798-3330.

TEXARKANA, Texas–Texarkana, Texas Police are investigating an incident where a person was pushed off the 2nd floor balcony of a local apartment complex.
Officers were dispatched to a local apartment complex in the 2600 block of Robison Rd. at approximately 1:10pm. Upon arrival officers found Damion Deadner, 26, of Texarkana, Texas, had been pushed from a second floor balcony by multiple unknown suspects. Deadner was transported to St. Michaels Hospital for nonlife threatening injuries.
