A man with his feet hanging off the top of the Hotel Grim in downtown Texarkana was apprehended by police Wednesday afternoon.
According to the Texarkana, Texas Police Facebook Page, officers Aaron Wafford, Jordan Starkey, and Martin McGee climbed up there and managed to place the man in custody.
At one point the man was hanging from the side of the building by his hands.
