1:45 P.M. Thursday | Police responded to the 5100 block of State Line for reports of a person with a gun. After arriving on scene they were told by witnesses that the man had rode on a bicycle towards Hooters.
Multiple TTPD units were on scene within minutes and found the suspect hiding around the La Quinta hotel. Police detained the person for 20 minutes while investigating. According to Sergeant Brower of TTPD the man was found to have a toy gun was clear of any warrants and was released without charges.
