Texarkana, Texas police are asking for help locating Je’Nori Serenity Hill, who just turned one year old last month.
She is 26 inches tall and weighs 18 pounds.
According to police, she was last seen yesterday afternoon about 3:00 leaving the 3900 block of Main Street with her father, Wilmer Hill, 21.
There is concern that the child may be in danger.
