Police seek help in finding man with outstanding felony warrants

Texarkana Arkansas Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating a man with multiple outstanding felony warrants in Texarkana, Arkansas.

Henry Lee Booker, 44, is wanted for two outstanding warrants, including a felony rape warrant and probation violation.

According to authorities, both warrants are from 2014.

Police are offering a reward to anyone who can assist with information that leads to Booker’s arrest.
