Police Takedown Deadly Conduct Warrant

6:30 P.M. Tuesday | Texarkana Texas Police arrested Dominique Robertson from a house on MLK & Nettie for a Deadly Conduct Warrant. According the Sgt. Aaron Brower Robertson was wanted for a shooting incident that took place July 11, 2014 4:00 P.M. on W. 15th street.

Police surrounded the house and waited for around 30 minutes before Robertson and another male exited the house with their hands raised. Police instructed them to go down on their stomachs, both men complied and were quickly handcuffed by officers.

Police had Robertson’s cellphone number but he immediately hung up on them. They did eventually make contact and instruct Robertson that the house was surrounded and he could come out or they would come in, they knew he was in there.

The other occupant of the house was arrested for non related misdemeanor warrants.
