Texarkana, Arkansas | A press conference will be held tomorrow (Wednesday, November 19, 2014) at 10:30 am at the Texarkana Arkansas Convention Center to announce the two collegiate teams that will play in the second annual Live United Texarkana Bowl. The bowl game will take place on Saturday December 6th. The public is invited to come as the teams are announced. Afterward, representatives from both schools will make remarks.
