11:05 A.M. Friday | 911 received a call that a house on Pleasant Ln. in Texarkana, TX was on fire with an elderly women inside. According to the caller they were unable to get the person out by themselves.
Texarkana Texas Fire Department was quickly on scene, the resident had been evacuated from the home by that time. Smoke could be seen coming from the garage area. TTFD made entry into the house and quickly had the fire under control. The cause is unknown at this time.
