Senator Ted Cruz attended a roundtable meeting at Red River Army Depot with base and local officials followed by a tour of the depot Wednesday evening.
The senator met with officials in private just making a short statement for the press.
According to his press assistant, plans were to discuss Red River Army Depot and its value to the area and to touch base with them and ask if there’s any way he can help them in his capacity as a senator.
