Shooting Victim in Stable Condition; Suspect Charged With Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon

According to Texarkana, Texas Police Department 25 year old Ray Brown of Texarkana, Arkansas has been charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon for the shooting of Deonte Henderson that occurred this morning in the 1600 block of Allen Lane.

Police say Henderson is in stable condition at Wadley Hospital and is expected to make a full recovery. The circumstances that lead to the shooting began as a domestic dispute between Brown and another unidentified family member.

Bond has not been set for Brown at this time.
