12:30 A.M. Saturday | Texarkana, Texas Police, Fire, and LifeNet responded to a single vehicle accident at 38th and Pine Street. The car hit a power pole breaking it off near the base. The power lines were the only thing holding the pole up.
It appeared that the driver of the vehicle had fled the scene.
