Representatives with the local Partnership for the Pathway organization presented a check in the amount of $10,000 to help fund and upgrade of the walking trail system from the trailhead located at Bringle Lake East Park to the Bringle Lake Dam.
According to Bob Bruggeman, Manager of Communications for Texas A&M Texarkana, the funding will be used in conjunction with a Texas Parks and Wildlife Trails Grant.
