11:00 P.M. Thursday | Texarkana, Arkansas Police officers arrested one person after recognizing a purportedly stolen vehicle in the parking lot of Country Host Inn 900 Realtor Avenue.
According to Officer Mitchell, Public Information Officer for TAPD, Cortez Lockett, 31, was arrested for possession of instrument of crime, along with Arkansas failure to appear warrants, and Contempt.
