Texarkana, Ark. Board of Directors held a legislative audit workshop to go over the Legislative Joint Auditing Committee meeting which took place in Little Rock on April 11.
The committee recently released an investigative report that revealed “inadequately documented construction expenditures totaling $4.14 million, a duplicate reimbursement to the investor of $44,614, and noncompliance with various state laws, as well as city codes, ordinances, policies, and agreements. ”
