The City of Texarkana, Arkansas Board of Directors will have a Called Board meeting Dec. 1, 2015, at 1:00 p.m. in the Boardroom at City Hall located at 216 Walnut Street, Texarkana, Arkansas.
This meeting is to consider adopting a resolution certifying local government endorsements of business to participate in the Tax Back Program (as authorized by Section 15-4-2706(d) of the Consolidated Incentive Act of 2003).
