Sugar Hill United Methodist Church, located at 1621 Sugar Hill Rd, Texarkana, AR 71854, celebrated the ground breaking of their new meditation labyrinth and memorial site today, June 21, 2018.
The memorial garden is schedule to open in October of this year and will be open to the public. The church’s ground breaking ceremony was hosted by the Texarkana Chamber of Commerce.
