Texarkana Water Utilities Road Closure

Texarkana Water Utilities will close a portion of W. 32nd Street, between Main Street and Pine Street on November 19, 2019. Texarkana Water Utilities commissioned contractor, Kampco. Inc. who will connect new sanitary sewer to the existing sanitary sewer.
