Texas High School’s Tiger Theatre Company will now advance to the Bi-District competition following their successful performance at the District One-Act Play Competition on March 4 in Sulphur Springs, TX. The students performed Silent Sky written by Lauren Gunderson.
Maddie Frost was one of two student actors receiving Best Performer honor during the competition. Jeremy Creek was named All Star Cast member with Lia Graham receiving All Star Cast Honorable Mention.
Overall Tech Award was awarded to Texas High School under the stage management of Salem Karr. Stephanie Jumper and Sydney Watts received Tech Honor Crew honors.

The THS UIL One-Act Play was under the direction of Lisa Newton, Trent Hanna and Bonnie Flieder.
