TTPD arrests two for copper theft

According to Texarkana, Texas Police Department they arrested two men after they were caught in the act of removing copper from a vacant duplex last Saturday.

Officer Warren Smith observed the two men standing outside of a vacant duplex in the 1900 block of Wood Street. One of them was holding several wires in his hands.
