When firefighters arrived on scene in the 2000 block of Pearl Street smoke could be seen coming from the attic area.  KSLA reports that the mother and child living in the house had exited by the time firefighters arrived on scene and that the two firefighters in the house at the time were not inured.

The video has been featured on ABC World News Night, NBC’s Today Show, NBC Nightly News with Lester Holt, CNN, Fox News, and Good Morning America. News outlets across the world have also shown the video.
