Bell Ringer Arrested for Public Intoxication

12:00 Wednesday | Texarkana, Arkansas Police arrested the Salvation Army bell ringer at Walmart around noon today.

Police responded after firemen on scene reported the bell ringer was incoherent and possibly intoxicated.

According to Texarkana, Arkansas public information officer Kristi Mitchell, “Today at noon TAPD responded to 133 Arkansas Blvd in reference to a possible intoxicated person. Upon arrival it was determined that Bryon White, 42 years old, was intoxicated and arrested for public intoxication.”

“White was transported to the BiState Jail,” Said Mitchell.
