Wells Fargo location on Richmond Rd. at Mall Dr. had their official Texarkana Chamber ribbon cutting today.
The location is reopening after tearing down the old Century Bank building at this location and rebuilding a new Wells Fargo building.
Wells Fargo presented Harvest Texarkana a check for $7,500 at the opening.
