Anne Fisher, 52 of Texarkana, Texas has been charged with Murder and her bond has been set at $1,000,000 in the shooting death of her former son-in-law Russell Scott Cain, 28 of Texarkana, Texas, according to Texarkana, Texas Police Department.
On July 22, 2015, Texarkana, Texas Police officers responded to a shooting call in the 3700 block of Summerhill Road. When the officers arrived at the scene they found Cain unresponsive and suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
According to police Cain was transported to Christus Saint Michael where he was pronounced dead.
According to police using information provided by witnesses, officers located Fisher and arrested her near Spring Lake Park approximately 5 minutes after receiving the call.
