At approximately 7:30 a.m. today Texarkana, Texas Police were called to the Taco Bell in the 1600 block of New Boston Road after an employee from a neighboring business came into the restaurant asking for help after being robbed.


The victim told police that a black male, 5 feet 8 inches tall, 20 to 30 years old, with short hair and wearing a blue shirt and jeans, forced her into the building demanding money as she was opening the business. The man then fled from the scene in the victim’s car after taking less than 20 dollars in change. The victim’s car was recovered a short time later in an alley adjacent to the 500 block of Blanton Street.
