A little before noon today, Cecelia Danette Williams walked off from the Bowie County Women’s Treatment Center. Her purple scrubs and ID card were found in the area a short time later.
Williams is described as 56 years old, 5-8, and 230 pounds. She has tattoos on her chest, right hand, right forearm, and her right upper arm.
A felony warrant for Unauthorized Absence from a Community Corrections Facility has been issued for her arrest. If you see her or know where she is, please call 9-1-1.
