Ray Whitney, 82, passed away on December 7, 2025, in Texarkana, Texas. Ray was born on February 26, 1943, to Herbert Jackson Whitney, II, and Ethel Yount Whitney in Silsbee, Texas.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 13, 2025, at 3:00 pm at Texarkana Funeral Home, 3515 Texas Blvd., with a visitation from 2:00 pm until service time, with Pastor Greg Morgan officiating. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park.
