This year Lowe’s of Texarkana’s Hero Project for 2015 is focusing on some major renovations for the POSY (Poor, Old, Sick, and Young) Outreach Ministries in Texarkana, Ark.
“POSY Receives and disperses food/clothing every month,” Scott Kelley Pro Services Sales Specialist said.
On Nov. 3rd and 4th, Lowe’s is doing renovations on the building the POSY work out of; they will be painting, flooring, replacing door knobs/sinks/faucets, to name a few. POSY will receive food from Harvest Texarkana and clothing from various sources to help provide to over 140 families and over 100 individuals in the Texarkana area.
“Any donations and/or volunteers would be greatly appreciated by both Lowe’s of Texarkana and POSY Outreach Ministries. We are hoping to get some help/volunteers for the renovations.” Kelley said.
POSY Outreach Ministries is located at 831 Laurel St – Texarkana, Ark. 71854. We’re looking for donations and volunteers to help them out.
