Texas DPS has released the name of the deceased. David Dale Kenne, 22 of Queen City, Texas and Curtis Wendell Lawrence, 51 of Texarkana, Texas.
February 4, 2015 | A head on collision between two pickup trucks claimed the life of both drivers Wednesday evening.
It happened around 5 p.m. Wednesday in the 3000 block of Buchanan Loop Rd.
Police say both drivers died in the head on collision.
No names have been released at this time.

Location: FM-2516 – Bowie County – 3 miles S. of Texarkana
On 02/04/15, at approximately 5:00 pm, Vehicle #1 was traveling east on FM-2516. Vehicle #1 crossed over the double yellow line around a left hand curve striking Vehicle #2, traveling west on FM-2516, head-on.
