Local police officers were honored Thursday at the Rotary Clubs’ Annual Law Enforcement Appreciation Luncheon.
Texarkana, Ark. Police Officer of the year was Nathan Lavender.
Texarkana, Texas Police Officer of the year was Cliff Harris. He has worked for TTPD for eight years and currently serves as a field training officer in the Operations Division and is team leader on the SWAT team.
