Bowie County Sheriff’s Office Investigating Shooting in DeKalb

Bowie County Sheriff’s Office has a suspect in custody after one person was shot in DeKalb Sunday night.

Police responded to an address on FM 992 in DeKalb after reports of a shooting just after 10:30 p.m. Sunday.

Pedro Sepulveda has been arrested for allegedly firing into the crowd.

According to police radio traffic one person was shot in the chest.

Authorities soon had a suspect pulled over on FM 992 near CR 3202. The suspect was safely placed in custody. According to police radio traffic the suspect allegedly threw two guns from the vehicle while being pulled over.

The condition of the victim is not known at this time.
