Monday, November 10th at 1:00 p.m. there will be an opening ceremony held on the Arkansas – Louisiana line for I-49 to Shreveport.
The Texarkana Chamber of Commerce will be meeting for lunch at Copeland’s at 10:30 a.m.
There will be a brief program at Copeland’s. From there everyone will caravan to the I-49 Dedication at 1:00 p.m.
Eventually the interstate will go from Kansas City, MO to New Orleans, Louisiana.
