An accident on Westlawn Drive near the loop sent one person to the hospital Monday.
According to an on scene witness the red car ran a light and collided with the pickup truck.
The driver of the truck did not suffer any major life threatening injuries and has been released from the hospital as of 5 p.m. Monday.
