11:00 p.m. Thursday | A driver walked off from the scene of a single vehicle accident on the Richmond Road bridge at Interstate 30 Thursday night leaving the car blocking a lane of traffic.
Texarkana, Texas Police Department officers were on scene investigating and attempting to make contact with the registered owner of the vehicle. The cause of the accident is unknown at this time.
According to Heather Nicole who saw the wreck and spoke with TXK Today a man stumbled off on foot from the wreck.
