Election day is only one day away, and here is what you need to know about polling locations and what to bring with you.
Bowie County Polling Locations
The polling places listed below will be for voting in the General Election to elect Presidential Electors, Members of Congress, the Legislature, and state, district, and county officers; and adopting or rejecting any proposed Constitutional Amendments as submitted by the Legislature, Regular Session, of the state of Texas; also voting for or against a Fire Fighter’s Measure and electing Board Members in the City of Texarkana, Texas, as well as electing trusteed for the MALTA Independent School Districts and Red Lick Independent School District.
Voting will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on November 8th.

Miller County Polling Locations
Voting in Miller County will be open from 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. on November 8th.
Any registered voter who lives in Miller County may vote at any of the following locations. There will be no voting in the Miller County Courthouse on Election Day.

In order to vote in Bowie County you must meet the following requirements:
- Be registered to vote
- Be a US citizen
- Be 18 by Election Day, Nov 8
- Not be serving a sentence (including parole) for a felony conviction
- Not have been determined by a court to be (1) totally mentally incapacitated; or (2) partially mentally incapacitated without the right to vote
Bring one of the following identifications (The ID must be current, or be expired for less than 4 years):
- Texas driver license issued by the Department of Public Safety
- Texas election ID certificate
- Texas personal ID card
- Texas license to carry a handgun
- US military ID card with your photograph
- US citizenship certificate containing your photograph (doesn’t need to be current)
- US passport
If you do not have any of these forms of identification, you will need to (1) sign a sworn statement that there is a reason why you don’t have any of the IDs listed above, and (2) bring one of the following:
- Valid voter registration certificate
- Certified birth certificate
- Current utility bill
- Government check
- Pay-stub or bank statement that includes your name and address
- Copy of or original government document with your name and an address (original required if it contains a photograph).
In order to vote in Miller County, Arkansas you must meet the following requirements:
- Be registered to vote in Arkansas
- Be a US citizen
- Be 18 by Election Day, Nov 8
- Live in Arkansas by Oct 9
- Not be in jail or prison for a felony conviction
- Not be currently judged mentally incompetent by a court
If you’ve voted in Arkansas before, you don’t need to provide ID to vote by mail or in person
If you’re voting for the first time in Arkansas, registered to vote by mail, and didn’t submit a copy of your ID when you registered, attach a copy to your mail ballot or bring one of the following to vote:
- Driver’s license
- Non-driver’s license ID
- Current utility bill, bank statement, government check, paycheck, or other government document with your name and address
