According to a notice posted on the door the facility stopped operations at 5:00 a.m. Friday morning.
Excel ER opened in Texarkana on June 21, 2016.
According to a post on Excel ER’s Facebook Page “due to increased competition, declining patient volume, and decreasing reimbursement from insurance carriers in the market we were forced to make this hard decision.”
