2:00 a.m. Sunday | Miller County Sheriff Deputies responded to a large disturbance at Caswells RV Park south of Fouke, Arkansas on the Red River Sunday morning.
Miller County 9-1-1 received a call from a person that alleged a group of around 20 people assaulted him and a friend and they were now hiding in the woods from the group. The caller also said that some of the people had stolen his four wheeler and pushed into into the Red River.
It took around 30 minutes for the first deputies to arrive on scene and make contact with the caller. According to radio traffic deputies recovered the ATV from the river but the suspects had left the scene.
