Pleasant Grove Middle School cheerleaders win competition in Frisco, TX

The Pleasant Grove Middle School Cheerleaders competed on Saturday, January 19 at the Redline Cheer Winter Showdown in Frisco, TX. The 8th grade received 1st place and 7th grade received 2nd place in the Junior High School Division. The 8th grade received the Overall High Point Award in the School Division and the Best Jumps Award out of 55 teams. The Cheerleaders are under the direction of Shane Riddell. Cheerleading is offered at Pleasant Grove Middle School through a tryout process in 7th and 8th grade.

8th Grade Cheerleaders: Hadley Butcher, Braylee Cook, Gracelyn Crawford, Camille Harrelson, Claire Hicks, Emma Jones, Isabella Jones, Ava Keyes, Adison Koller, Haley Langley, Madison Loucks, Bridgette Lundy, Julia Morlet, Kadence Neal, Supriya Sharma, Elaina Shellog, and Hensley Whitten.

7th Grade Cheerleaders: Alexis Allen, Ema Allen, Hailey Allen, Fallon Anthoney, Libby Burrow, Maggie Clark, Taylor Conley, Kirstyn Greene, Hali Hargrove, Catherine Joyce, Madelyn Ramsey Lindsay Smith, Lauren Stewart, and Whitney Thornton.
