Police are asking for help identifying a man who allegedly kept a wallet he found on the ground.

According to Texarkana, Texas Police, the victim had just paid for his gas at a local convenience store a couple weeks ago, and his wallet dropped out of his pants pocket as he was leaving the store. This guy came in about a minute later, picked up the victim’s wallet off the floor, and stuck it in his pocket. Never said a word about it to the clerk or did anything to try to find the rightful owner. He just walked out the door with the guy’s stuff.

The victim had just gotten paid, so he had several hundred dollars in the wallet – along with some jewelry.

If you know who he is, Texarkana, Texas police ask you give them a call at 903-798-3116.
