According to Texarkana, Texas Police they were involved in a theft at Kmart on Monday morning. The guy with the Chicago hat concealed a cell phone from a store display while the guy in the background served as his lookout. When a store employee tried to stop them, they fled the store and got into a white 4-door Chevrolet with a blue stripe down the driver’s side of the vehicle.
