According to Texarkana, Texas Public Information Officer Lisa Thompson, Robin Lane will open for through traffic between Moores Ln. and Richmond Rd. tomorrow December 5, 2014.
The road has been closed due to construction of the new part of Galleria Oaks from Cowhorn Creek to Richmond Road. Originally Galleria Oaks was due to be open by September but construction problems have caused opening to be delayed.
