Texarkana Boy Scout Troop 16 is celebrating their 50th anniversary today with an open house today from 1-4 P.M. at the scout building at First Baptist church on Moores Ln & Cowhorn Creek.
They will have a climbing wall, rockets, car racing, outdoor cooking, free shaved ice and more!
